Across the Valley

This is our second to last morning in the house we built, and the valley turned on all charm possible. We are delighted that our lovely girls - Daisy and Hazel, the part-Jersey cows - will be staying with the property, and you can see them in the photos, grazing away happily.

As an aside, this is the most impressive the dam has looked in the entire time we have lived here - it is simply massive!

I will really miss this place.

What a marvellous view - that beautiful mist over those rolling hills... no doubt you will miss this magical place!

Having said that - betcha can't wait for the new one either! (it's just the actual moving bit that sucks)

hope you find so much joy in your new place so that the sting of leaving this place is short and fades away. It is a gorgeous place...thinking of you during your move. xo

So lovely Natalia!

P.S. The way I always get through the actual move is that I convince myself I'm at an expensive keep fit boot camp and that I'll be all toned and wonderful at the end of it! It works actually!!

Can't wait to see the photos of your new place!

It does look beautiful, and it must be hard to leave, but it is all for the best and who knows what will happen one day?
